Customfit carcasses are all made in our own factory using modern production machinery with quality control at all stages of manufacture.
Standard features include :-
- Rigid dowel & glue construction with all edges taped to reduce ingress of moisture.
- Factory assembled units with all doors, drawers & handles fitted.
- 18mm mfc with colour co-ordinated ends to match doors.
- Only quality fittings used.
- All metal clip-on hinges, wide opening with three way adjustment.
- Drawers adjustable :- Ten types available including stainless steel sided with solid base.
- Runners :- from roller runners to fully extending high tech runners with up to 50kg capacity.
- Adjustable legs assist correct alignment & help prevent damage from flood.
- Metal shelf pegs for strength, all shelves are adjustable.
- Generous service cavity hides water pipes, cables and waste systems.
- Adjustable hanging fitting in wall units for full & easy alignment.
- Three wall unit heights available 575mm, 720mm & 900mm.
